About the Accommodation
The property is intended for groups of workers or students who come to Madrid on a seasonal basis.
It is a spacious apartment with views of the Plaza Mayor, large rooms, and luxury amenities.
It has four bedrooms, one of which overlooks the Plaza Mayor. The other bedrooms do not have natural ventilation or windows. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms with showers.
It is possible to rent the entire apartment or individual rooms.
Important: this is a historic building in the heart of Madrid, but to get there you have to climb 4 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator.
Only the living room and one bedroom have exterior windows. However, it has an excellent ventilation system.
Its high ceilings and stately feel will make you feel right at home.
