Cozy, newly renovated apartment in the heart of the historic center, in the Barrio de las Letras neighborhood. With high ceilings, very bright. It has a spacious living room with two balconies overlooking the Paseo de Prado, right in front of the Royal Botanical Gardens, just a few meters from the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, Atocha Station, and Retiro Park.

It has a separate kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers, and 4 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.

All rooms have heating, and the living room and bedrooms also have air conditioning with a heat pump.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, small appliances, and various kitchenware.

Important information

Rented on a seasonal basis, only to travelers who need a residence for work, study, visiting family, academic reasons, or medical treatment.

Las Letras neighborhood

Next to the Estación del Arte metro station, line 1, with all kinds of luxury shops, stores, and hundreds of restaurants. With the most innovative and/or traditional dining options.

On the Paseo del Prado itself, where you will find the art triangle: the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, and the Reina Sofía Museum. From here, you can visit all the historic neighborhoods of the city on foot.
